The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) has taken on a massive campaign to force individuals to pay large sums of money for using peer-to-peer (P2P) file-sharing systems.  The RIAA is targeting users who uphold and share substantial amounts of copyrighted music.

The RIAA is using a scan to identify the ISP of each user and then using the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to subpoena the ISP for each user’s name, address, and other personal information in order to sue that user.

We represent individuals who have been threatened to be sued by the billion dollar RIAA.  We help you take on the big recording industry to protect you against unjust compensation requests, as well as the invasion of your privacy.
