DIRECTV, Inc. has recently undertaken a massive campaign to force individuals to pay large sums of money for satellite theft, regardless of the validity of their accusations.  We believe that the practice is, in essence, a form of extortion.

We have represented over 100 individuals who have received demand letters from DIRECTV, as well as those who have already been sued.

We believe that individuals should not have to resort to settling their cases in order to avoid the sometimes prohibitive cost of attorneys’ fees and that all individuals should be able to be represented at a reasonable rate.

If you have received a harassing demand letter or have been sued by DIRECTV, please call our office for a free consultation.  During your appointment, we will review your individual circumstances and discuss with you the various methods of resolving the situation.

Do not let yourself fall victim to their forceful tactics.  Obtaining our services will ensure that your voice is heard and that you will not be taken advantage of.  We look forward to fighting for you.
